Well, this update has been a long time in coming--too long, in fact and I apologize for the major delay!
As you can see, the site has gotten a major overhaul. Some things were removed and other things were completely changed. There are new prints available, and I'm still working on getting some older (and newer!) photos added to that section.
Also, as you may notice, there will be a shop added to the site this year! The shop will contain green or organic products, including ones personally made by me! What they are... you'll have to wait and see. |
New prints are available!
I took some new photos over the weekend to go with the upcoming holidays (pumpkins, indian corn, and so forth).
We also had a strange bit of snow a couple weeks ago, and there are some photos up of that, too.

The photos from last weekend are all in the "featured" section of the gallery (the very first page).
I believe I put the snow pictures under a section titled ".snow.".
There are a couple site updates, too; mainly an addition of articles that I write for another website.

News, news, so much news!
Okay, the site had a completely new overhaul (again).
To the left, I've included links to sites/organizations that I support (or basically think are absolutely awesome). These are groups that do a great job at helping the environment and pushing green issues/lifestyles. Plus I also work for one of them (see if you can figure out which).
I've rearranged stuff a bit (as you can see, the news is no longer on the main page). And I've added a blog. I'm not sure what direction to go with the blog yet (completely) but there are a few posts up so far.
I've added new Autumn Macro photos to the Portfolio section.
There are A LOT of new prints available on my deviantART gallery (over 100 new photos have been added!).
And more are on their way!

Well, as you can see, the site has gotten a MAJOR upgrade done! I have changed a bit of the look/layout and rearranged some of the content. The PRINTS section got a major overhaul, and they will no longer be available on this site. However, I will have Prints and such available through deviantART. Check out the PRINTS section for more information on that and the options.
The ARCHIVES section now contains all of the past State Park photos as well as past Macro photos.
The PORTFOLIO section contains all new photos from this year. This includes Macro photos, Pennsylvania photos, and a brand new series of Arizona photos!
Everything else is (more or less) the same. Hope everyone is well, and enjoying the new site look!

The next phase of updates has been completed. I have finished rearranging some things on this site, as well as removing photos and replacing them with new ones. The 'Prints' section has been tweaked a bit. There is more information there now regarding buying options, as well as donations (and a surprise in store for those with generous hearts). Another point of interest I have added is that, once this site really starts to take off (and profits are rolling in), I will be donating a portion of future profits to Environmental organizations and/or charities.
New photos have yet to be added, and I have been feeling a bit "under the weather" this past week, but I will hopefully get around to adding the new prints by the weekend.

Well, yesterday I was given a new camera. It is a Canon PowerShot A480 Blue. I have tested it, and so far it works much better than my previous camera. Needless to say, I will be "retiring" my Fuji Film A330, or at least it will be demoted to a "back up" status. I have been hiking again, and taking more macro shots, and I will be uploading them soon. Lately though (and still) I have been making adjustments to the prints section; creating new buttons, deleting some photos and replacing them with others. And a bit of good news, the trip to Sedona, AZ has finally been booked, so this summer I will have prints and such available from Sedona, The Grand Canyon, The Petrified Forest, and other areas out there. Now, I am going to do more website editing and updates.

Prints have finally been added! As you may have noticed, I have also changed the look and display of the site (yet again). I am hoping it will be much easier to navigate this way.
I do not have much available for prints yet, but I wanted to at least post something for it. It may be a little while before I post new pictures though, because I am unfortunately in need of a new camera. Mine is on its last legs and actually starting to fall apart (no really, it is slowly falling apart). I am hoping to get it replaced soon, but we shall see...
Also, there are now options to make a Donation to the site or buy a Gift Certificate for a loved one. Links can be found at the bottom of this page.
Right now it is going on 2:30 AM and I am rather exhausted from trying to get this update finished and published, so I am off to sleep now.

Well, I know it's been a little while since I have updated this, so I figured I would do that now.
The "PRINTS" section is currently in the works. I am (as I write this) going through the rather tedious process of setting up all the purchasing and cart functions for it. Next will be to add all of the photos and such available for purchase. I am hoping to have things up by the middle of May (if lucky). In the meantime, I've been working on taking some Spring macro photos and a few more park ones as well. That's all for now folks!

Welcome to the updated version of Arkisaeo.com! Once again, I have completely changed the look and feel of this website. I have added new sections as well (some of which are still in the works...). As you can see on the menu to your right, Prints will become available soon! I am waiting until I have more new photos before I open that section up, but in the meantime, you can find info on the Prints here.
I am going to attempt to keep this site more regularly updated now, but that, like other things, remains to be seen...
