Shipping:

All images sold through the Photos section are shipped for FREE!

This is for several reasons:

1. The photos are sent to you via e-mail.
2. By sending them via e-mail, it eliminates shipping costs, wasteful packaging, and carbon emissions from unnecessary transportation.
3. You will receive the print almost instantly (or at least within the same day), rather than having to wait several days (or weeks) for a package to arrive in the mail.
4. Receiving a print file via e-mail opens up more opportunities to use the print, such as online, adding it to a CD and creating prints later, or making instant prints/copies on your own machine.

Returns:

You may return any image at any time. However, by returning an image, you give up all rights to use the image for any and all purposes. This also includes any copies of the image, any altered versions of the image, or any other form of the image. If you ever wish to use the image again, you will have to purchase it again.

If you return an image within 30 days from the original purchase date, you will receive a FULL REFUND for that image. The image must be received within the 30 days for the full refund to apply.

If you return an image within 31-60 days from the original purchase date, you will receive a PARTIAL REFUND for the image. The partial refund will be half of what you paid for the image. The image must be received within 60 days from the original purchase date in order for the partial refund to apply.

Any images returned and/or received after the 60 day period will not be eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*The refunds are only for the cost of the returned image. They do not include sales tax, total sales cost, or other fees.
**Any and all images that are purchased during a sale, at a discount, with a coupon or gift certificate, or otherwise not at the regular full price, is not eligible for any refund of any kind.
